SDLV Prep एक डिजिटल शिक्षण सेवा है। खरीदने से पहले आप मुफ़्त अध्यायों से सेवा की गुणवत्ता जाँच सकते हैं। SDLV Prep is a digital learning service; you can evaluate the quality through free chapters before purchasing.

रद्दीकरण / Cancellation

सब्सक्रिप्शन एक बार का (वार्षिक) है और स्वतः नवीनीकृत नहीं होता, इसलिए अलग से रद्द करने की ज़रूरत नहीं। आपकी पहुँच समाप्ति तिथि तक बनी रहती है। The subscription is a one-time annual purchase with no auto-renewal, so there is nothing to cancel; access continues until the expiry date.

रिफंड / Refunds

• डिजिटल कंटेंट होने व मुफ़्त पूर्वावलोकन उपलब्ध होने के कारण, खरीद के बाद आम तौर पर रिफंड देय नहीं है। As the content is digital and a free preview is available, purchases are generally non-refundable.
• यदि भुगतान में तकनीकी गड़बड़ी हो (जैसे राशि कटी पर सब्सक्रिप्शन न मिला), या सेवा वर्णित अनुसार न हो, तो खरीद के 7 दिनों के भीतर हमें संपर्क करें — जाँच के बाद उचित रिफंड किया जाएगा। If there is a technical error (e.g., amount debited but subscription not activated) or the service is not as described, contact us within 7 days of purchase; an eligible refund will be processed after review.
• स्वीकृत रिफंड मूल भुगतान माध्यम पर 5–7 कार्यदिवस में लौटाया जाएगा। Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
